The Global Review of Wellbeing (GROW) is an online psychological wellbeing assessment offered by GROW International.
We check wellbeing from multiple dimensions. We measure not only what is going wrong (e.g. depression, stress, anxiety) but also what is going right (hope, life satisfaction, values).
Our assessment is comprehensive in nature, requiring around 30 minutes to complete. It is used to assess the wellbeing of both individuals and groups. Everyone gets a private and customised report showing them how they are tracking and where they should focus. Organisations gain an additional overview of their population, evidence that they are managing the wellbeing of people in their care, and ideas for where to prioritise any support they may offer.
GROW's customers fall into a number of broad categories:
GROW is a scientific organisation. We use validated measures published in the academic literature. Our founders are the editors of academic journals, reasearchers and clinical psychologists. A majority of our staff hold PhDs, and we make the exact nature of our measures freely available.
GROW is also an ethical organisation. We have placed 10% of our shares in a not-for-profit foundation. This is used to support the development of the science underpinning our measures and the validity of suggested interventions. We have a trained ethicist on our team who has ensured our procedures account for key issues such as privacy.
