The Start
Your journey starts with a week long induction programme so that you hit the ground running. You will be assigned a dedicated Business Strategist who will meet with you weekly. They will be your conduit to the full suite of Creative HQ resources, partners and networks.
Between 1 - 3 months will be spent developing your first Action Plan which will be assessed and challenged by a Creative HQ panel. The first of many challenge sessions throughout this journey. During this time you will undertake a financial health check with Deloitte, meet with Morrison Kent to review any legal issues such as preparing a shareholders agreement, with Auric to undertake an IT audit and with Dr Penny Gibson to review your IP strategy, and other experts as required.
staying on Track
Each quarter you will be reviewed on your progress and financials against the agreed activities and milestones. This is where we will also work with you to set the activities and milestones for the coming quarter, aligning our collective resources to help you achieve them. Every month the Creative HQ team gets together to assess and benchmark the performance of all of our businesses.
Experts
We bring in experts for key workshops such as company valuation, investment, sales, finances, going global, market validation and pitching. These same experts are available to you on a one on one basis when needed. All of our service partners provide their services at preferential rates and go above and beyond to position you for success.
Community
You are joining an entrepreneurial community. We hold CEO Forum's every two months where all of the Creative HQ businesses get together and share their successes and their learnings. We get together more frequently and informally over Friday Night Drinks and morning teas.
