About noel
After working his way around Australia for two years as a teenager Noel decided that marketing was easier than working on oil rigs, cane cutting, road gangs and slinging sides of beef at the meat works.
Cutting his teeth with Australia’s largest retailer he then joined a series of international communication companies which he ran for several years before setting up an integrated marketing communications company.
“Nothing happens in this world until someone sells something”After working with and consulting to some of the biggest global brands he then specialised in working with a diverse range of SME high growth companies, often working inside them as CEO and/or marketing director.
An entrepreneur at heart, and passionate about new product development, along the way he developed and sold off several new product concepts. He has a first hand understanding of what’s need to successfully take new products to the market.
He has now set out to reverse the brain drain trend moving to Wellington from Aussie with his Kiwi wife. He claims it was for the weather!
